McLane Glass flotation is based on 12″ spheres

McLane Glass flotation is ideal for deep ocean moorings and instruments. All McLane Glass flotation modules are based on 12″ borosilicate glass spheres protected by polyethylene hardhats, and depth-rated to 7,000m. The multi-sphere hardhats have a central tension rod for installation in a mooring line. This eliminates mooring cable twist for better performance.
